Heating Core for cake baking. This flared aluminium cone is placed in the centre of a large cake pan, where it conducts heat into the middle of the batter so big cakes bake more evenly. It suits bakers who make large celebration, wedding and sheet cakes.

  • Aluminium construction that conducts heat well
  • Helps the centre of large cakes bake through at the same rate as the edges
  • Grease it and set it in the middle of the pan before filling with batter
  • The cake baked inside the core can be used to fill the centre hole
